Why is it more expensive?

We cook in small batches with human-grade ingredients and include vet-advised, AI-dosed supplements (Taurine, Vitamin C, Omega-3, Glucosamine, Probiotics). Your plan is personalized to age, weight, activity, body condition, allergies, and stool quality. We also run a reusable, high-heat sterilized bowl system that adds safety and sustainability. The result: better nutrition, less waste, and real health outcomes.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Yes. During the Quiz, select your dog’s allergies (e.g., chicken, beef, grains). Our AI excludes allergens, recommends safe recipes, and adjusts supplement choices. If you report a reaction later, we’ll instantly update the plan and can provide free recipe tweaks on eligible plans.

What if my dog’s stool changes?

Log changes (color, firmness, frequency) in the app. Our AI will recalibrate fiber, fat, moisture, and probiotics, and adjust meal size and supplement dosing. For ongoing issues, we’ll suggest a gentle recipe (e.g., Chicken & Pumpkin) or a step-down transition, and flag cases that merit veterinary follow-up.

How are the bowls cleaned?

We operate a closed-loop deposit system: collection → industrial wash → high-heat sterilization → sealed storage → reuse. Bowls are food-safe and certified, cleaned at industry-standard temperatures with validated detergents and rinse protocols. Every batch is quality-checked before reuse.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. We recommend pausing if you’re traveling, or skipping if you have extra meals. No penalty fees—just make changes before the cut-off shown in your delivery schedule.

Which areas do you deliver to?
